Sometimes you will sabotage yourself unconsciously – you have no idea you’re doing it, and sometimes it happens consciously – you know you’re doing it but you can’t seem to stop yourself (think eating a large piece of cake when you’re attempting to lose weight).
In this workshop we’ll look at ways in which sabotage happens, so you know what to look out for and, most importantly, you will leave with strategies that will enable you to stop the self-sabotage, starting now.
