Use your energy wisely – how much energy are you putting into things that don’t serve you? When you start to pay attention to this you might be surprised to find how much energy you spend on things that you don’t enjoy, that are not fulfilling, or that you don’t even want to be doing.
It’s like going into a store and buying things you don’t really like or don’t want. You wouldn’t spend your money on those things, so why would you spend your energy on them?
For the next week or so see if you can pay more attention to where and how you are investing your energy. Not just physical energy, but mental and emotional as well. For example, we can waste mental and emotional energy by constantly thinking about something that happened in the past or worrying about what might happen in the future, rather than investing that energy in what we’re doing or can be doing right now.
Try this Unstoppable affirmation: “I now choose to invest my energy only in things that serve and fulfill me.”
