When someone tries to bully you – it can make you feel angry and frustrated. Their behavior can make you doubt yourself and feel intimidated and you might even feel threatened and manipulated.
We all know that bullying can happen at school, but what happens when you are an adult and the bullies are adults too? What happens when the bullying behavior comes from people you work with or people who are close to you, such as a friend, partner, spouse or family member?
When it’s someone close to you it’s even worse because it’s more difficult to stay away from them.
This is one of the questions that was submitted to me for when I asked for topics for my new Unstoppable Training Video series, and it’s the one I decided to focus on first.
In this short video I’ve focused on 2 important points, and when you understand them, it will change how you see and interact with bullies. And, for those who want to know more, you can also have access to a short, 5-part mini-course (no cost) which will give you more strategies for dealing with bullying behavior.
I hope you enjoy the video and, even if bullying is not an issue for you, that you’ll share it with anyone you know who could use a little help when it comes to dealing with those who try to bully or mistreat them.
