
When you have limiting beliefs – they lead to fear and anxiety, which holds you back and keep you stuck. Not everyone likes to admit it, but if you are feeling stuck at all, and you are not completely happy with where you are in life, then the chances are you have limiting beliefs that are leading to fear.
When I presented a workshop on how to transform limiting beliefs, these are just some of the limiting beliefs the participants shared with me:
"I can’t be happy with my life and myself today, just as things are.”
"If I ask for what I want or even admit what I want, it will be snatched away immediately.”
“I deserve to suffer. I deserve to stay small. I’m not good enough/competent enough and if I am and I shine my light fully it’ll make other people unhappy or they’ll hate me.”
"I think sometimes I still believe that I don't deserve the things I want. I don't really do much for myself and when I do it's really hard to justify."
“Going into this New Year I am feeling very fearful and stuck… I am feeling petrified and unable to find any passion in my life.”
If you want to make any progress, you must release the fear by addressing the belief. If you're ready, try this affirmation:
“I am now willing to release all limiting beliefs so I can claim my power and live my best life.”
