
When something needs to change – it’s easy to procrastinate and put it off. You hope things will improve or things will change on their own, but the more time goes by, the more entrenched you become and the more difficult it becomes to change things.
This is why we stay in relationships that we know are not good for us, or in jobs that make us feel miserable, tolerate health issues that we don’t want, or continue to allow certain people to disrespect us or treat us badly.
A big part of the problem is knowing where to start. This is one of the questions I received recently: “Where do I start? I know what’s going on right now isn’t working but I don’t have any idea where to start. Can you help?”
