Have you ever noticed that as you make every effort to keep your thoughts on what you want and where you’re headed, it’s so easy to get distracted until you notice (or sometimes you don’t notice) that you’re on different train of thought?
It’s a good idea to become more aware of your thoughts because it’s very easy to be on the train of thought that’s leading you where you want to go one minute, and in the next minute you find yourself on the train of thought leading you very quickly away from what you want. No wonder we often feel stuck.
Since thoughts are vibration and since you attract things of like vibration, do your best to be aware of which train of thought you’re on, no matter what is going on around you. Ask yourself if it’s taking you towards or away from what you want.
