When you need to detox – When we think of detoxing, we usually think of a physical one, involving something like a diet or juicing. I’m in the middle of one right now, and I have to say, It’s not enjoyable – but I do know it is necessary.

Detoxing your body not only rids your body of toxins, it also releases stored toxic energy – it’s like hitting a reset button for your body.

But there are other parts of you and your life that would benefit from detoxing, such as your thoughts, beliefs and emotions, your home or office environment, your to-do list and perhaps even the people who are in your life.

Getting rid of the toxic energy in your life, whether internal or external, is vital. We tend to avoid it because it’s not comfortable – it’s work. But the results far outweigh the discomfort it takes to go through.

When you feel stuck with your health, it’s easy to consider a detox to re-boot your system. But if you’re feeling stuck in any other area of your life, it’s worth considering what other areas would benefit from a detox.
