The power of gratitude and appreciation – It’s Thanksgiving here in the U.S., and it’s a time when people stop to think about what they are thankful for. It’s even better when we take the time to do this regularly, rather than just once a year.

Here are 2 inspirational quotes that sum up the power of regularly expressing gratitude and appreciation:

Action Step: Make a list of: 10 things you feel grateful in your life right now; 10 things you appreciate about yourself; 10 things you appreciate about your body; 10 people you are grateful to have around you. Keep this list near you and refer to it regularly.
