Unstoppable Energy Tip

What’s the right way? Do you find that people like to tell you how you ‘should’ do certain things? Or how their way is the ‘right’ way. Or perhaps they question what you’re doing or how you’re doing it.

What is the right way anyway? Really, the right way is what feels right to you. Don’t let someone else tell you that you’re wrong. You can certainly ask for someone’s input – and then make an informed decision as to what feels right for you. But don’t put your trust in someone else more than in yourself. And if you haven’t asked for someone’s opinion, but they want to give it anyway, just thank them and move on.

I think this quote from Friedrich Nietzsche sums it up perfectly:

“You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.”

If someone is causing you to doubt yourself or your abilities, use this affirmation to bring yourself back on track:

“I release the need to allow other people’s opinions to cause me to doubt myself. I trust myself to know what is best for me. ”

Thank you Crystal - it means a lot to hear you say that as that's always my goal.

As I do my best to live in the moment and follow inspired guidance, I often feel in complete confusion when I'm in the midst of a miracle taking place. I march to the beat of my own drummer- and I appreciate the drum rolls that come from unseen dimensions. Most people just don't get me- and wouldn't know where to begin giving advice. I might like some good advice- Yet things always work out for me.

Megan, the thing to remember is that things always do work out for you. Hold on to that thought, particularly when feeling stressed or overwhelmed. Don't worry about the people that don't get you - spend more time with the people who do!

Trusting ourselves is not commonly heard as advice to women. Thanks for your continuous inspirations.
I enjoy having my name be mistaken for yours. Keep up the amazing work helping others.

LYNDA

If I could work for your company at least the LYNDA would help eliminate confusion. LOL

Hi Lynda, so nice to 'virtually' meet you. It's not the most common name, so it's fun to meet another Linda/Lynda. In this case the i and the y make all the difference.

You're right, women rarely hear the advice to trust themselves, and so we often tend not to. I encourage all women to learn to trust themselves. It's life-changing.
