Transform unhelpful thoughts – you know that according to the Law of Attraction what you think about determines what you experience. So it’s important to monitor your thoughts carefully and notice when your thoughts are moving you in the direction of something you don’t want.

When this happens, rather than trying to stop or banish the thought, see if you can transform it. For example, if you find yourself thinking that you don’t have enough money for something, see if you can transform the thought to something like “I am committed to improving my financial situation.”

Or if you find yourself stressing about excess weight or the fact that your clothes don’t fit, see if you can transform the thought to something like “I am committed to improving my health and fitness.”

If you’re still finding it difficult to monitor and transform your thoughts, try this affirmation. It’s a great starting point!

“I now choose to transform unhelpful thoughts and welcome more positivity into my life.”

Hello Linda,
Thank you very much for the video and the advices. It helped me a lot. First the story of the teacher who wanted to go to Spain, motivated me much, because I'm in the same situation. I want to move to Canada but I've not enough money. So, now I concentrate my energy only in the idea of going and trust myself.
And practicing self care everyday is really important, this remember me to do it every day and not from time to time.
