Transform unhelpful thoughts – you know that according to the Law of Attraction what you think about determines what you experience. So it’s important to monitor your thoughts carefully and notice when your thoughts are moving you in the direction of something you don’t want.
When this happens, rather than trying to stop or banish the thought, see if you can transform it. For example, if you find yourself thinking that you don’t have enough money for something, see if you can transform the thought to something like “I am committed to improving my financial situation.”
Or if you find yourself stressing about excess weight or the fact that your clothes don’t fit, see if you can transform the thought to something like “I am committed to improving my health and fitness.”
