- How much energy to you put into doing things that you don’t enjoy?
- Do you have a habit of doing things the hard way, rather than taking the time to see if there’s a simpler way?
- Do you feel you have to do everything yourself?
- When you have a lot to do, do you keep going no matter what or do you allow yourself to take time out to rest and renew or play?
- Do you allow others to help you?
- Do you allow your mind to switch off and completely relax regularly?
- Do you focus more on what is working and what feels good or on what isn’t working and what doesn’t feel good?
