Know yourself – The Greek philosopher, Aristotle, said “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom,” and he is so right.
The work that I do, of helping people go from stuck to unstoppable, starts with developing self-awareness at the deepest level. You must know who you are, what’s most important to you, what energizes or drains you, what you (really) want, what’s standing in your way, what feels good to you and what doesn’t, what type of energy you are bringing to the various aspects of your life, and so on.
Commit to getting to know yourself at a deeper level. The best way to do this is to connect with what you think and how you feel. Your thoughts tell you where you’re putting your energy, and what’s driving you. Your feelings can tell you what’s working for you and what isn’t.
Allow yourself to connect more deeply with your thoughts and your feelings and you will begin to know yourself more and more each day.
