
Know what energy you’re bringing - when things are not working out as you would like or when you are encountering difficult people, it can be very helpful to take some time out for self-reflection and to ask yourself what energy you are bringing to that particular situation.
If there’s a part of your life that you’re not happy with – what energy are you bringing to it? For example, if you are struggling financially then examine how you are thinking, feeling and talking about your situation. If your thoughts, feelings and actions are fear based (I’ll never have enough; I always struggle; this is too difficult, etc.) then the energy you are bringing will not support what you want.
You are responsible for your own energy, and you will attract things, people and situations of like vibration. So when you’re not getting what you want, ask yourself how you can change your energy. When you change and improve your energy, then your situations and experiences will change for the better.
