I spent years being the person everyone else needed me to be — quietly shrinking, keeping the peace, earning my place through effort and people-pleasing. From the outside, things looked fine. On the inside, I was exhausted, disconnected, and increasingly invisible to myself.
What changed everything wasn’t trying harder. It was learning the language of energy — understanding how I am uniquely designed to make decisions, create, relate, and lead. When I stopped forcing my life to look like everyone else’s and started living from my own blueprint, everything shifted.
