There is a great deal of news that is difficult to hear at the moment. Many people are upset and are blaming each other. When you focus on these things and engage in blame the only thing you will feel is more stress and anxiety.
I’m inviting everyone to take the 30-Day #positivitychallenge with me. Every day for 30 days I invite you to look for something positive in your day and to share it with others. I am starting this on my Facebook Page and if you would like to join us there here is the link:
It can be something big or small. It can be something you’ve done, something you’ve experienced or seen or that somebody else has done. The important thing is that you find it uplifting and inspiring and that you share it.
If you actively look for something to feel good about every day for 30 days and share it with others, you will help to bring more positive energy into your life and into the world.
This doesn’t mean that we ignore the hateful things that people are doing to each other and it doesn’t mean we can’t stand up for something we believe in. What it means is that we acknowledge that and take action if we can, and at the same time look for something positive that we can identify and share.
